Clarification regarding the subscription of TO1 series share warrants in RightBridge Ventures Group AB
On March 7th, 2023, the board of directors of RightBridge Ventures Group AB ("RightBridge" or "the Company") decided to issue series TO1 warrants free of charge to shareholders in RightBridge. To obtain the warrants to which shareholders are entitled, shareholders need to actively subscribe to their units free of charge. This is done by completing and signing a subscription at their institution and then receiving the free-of-charge warrants.Those who are shareholders in RightBridge on the record date have received one (1) series TO1 warrant for every ten (10) shares owned on the record date.
