Plejd’s announces the outcome of the exercise of warrants of series 2020/2023

The annual general meeting on 29 April 2020 resolved to issue warrants to employees of Plejd AB (“Plejd” or the “Company”). On June 19, 2023, the period for exercising the warrants to subscribe for shares in Plejd ended.
