In December, Freetrailer strengthened our European expansion by forming a new partnership with RataPlan in the Netherlands. The official launch is scheduled for March 2025, but we are already experiencing significant interest in the Freetrailer concept from Dutch partners and customers. Meanwhile, our Swedish sales team set a new record with 39 contracts signed in Q2 – the highest number ever achieved in a single quarter on the Swedish market. Sweden continues to offer significant growth potential, and at Freetrailer, we are committed to substantially increasing our market share in Sweden in 2025. By the end of the year, we reached 2,002 rental products in the Swedish market, marking an important milestone for Freetrailer.

In Q4 23/24, Freetrailer delivered a turnover of DKK 31.7 million, corresponding to a growth of 53.9% compared to Q4 22/23. A result that far exceeded our own expectations. The strong finish to the year means that we can present a result better than our expectations. Freetrailer has entered the financial year 2024/25 strongly. In July, we broke a new rental record with 154,760 rentals (114,041 rentals in July 2023) and seen for the period July and to September 2024, we are looking at an increase in rentals of approx. 30% compared to the same period in 2023.

We have achieved historically strong growth in all our markets over the past 12 months, with Q4 in particular developing significantly better than expected. With a rental rate of 92.1% for the period April to June, customers demand for Freetrailer's service is by no means saturated. In the coming financial year, Freetrailer will therefore also invest in growth. Furthermore, our IT team has successfully launched a new app that amongst others enables our users to pay via ApplePay.

We’ve seen how well the Freetrailer service has been received by our customers in Denmark, and we are confident that our Swedish customers will find it equally valuable. This collaboration aligns perfectly with our commitment to providing practical and convenient solutions.

Our partnership with jem & fix marks a significant step forward in our mission to make trailer rentals more accessible and convenient for customers in Sweden. We are excited to bring our digital solution to jem & fix stores, building on the success we’ve seen in Denmark.

Today, we have signed an important national agreement with Freetrailer in Sweden as part of our focus on helping our customers with the ‘Last Mile Delivery’ in an easy and sustainable way. The trailers will be available at our stores with parking facilities. Freetrailer delivers a smart product with an easy app solution, and POWER will also benefit from plenty of exposure with our branded traveling trailers. Sustainability and a sharing economy are extremely important to us, and we look forward to the cooperation and more happy customers.

The interest in Freetrailer is growing rapidly in Sweden, with more users utilising our trailers for various transport needs. Our transport solution is uncomplicated and only requires customers to download our Freetrailer app, which works at all locations in Sweden. Freetrailer looks forward to continuing its success in Sweden and strengthening its network and presence. In 23/24, Freetrailer has seen rental growth of over 40% compared to the previous year. Over the past two years, the number of trailer rentals in Sweden has increased from 317,000 to 440,000. With the agreement with POWER Sweden, Freetrailer's total trailer fleet in Sweden will reach over 1,900 trailers by autumn 2024.

We have managed to continue the solid growth in the third quarter of the financial year, that we experienced in the first two quarters. The results show great increases in revenue, EBITDA, number of rentals and the rental portfolio, which clearly shows that Freetrailer's concept is profitable and scalable. At the same time, Freetrailer continues to invest in growth. Since January 2023, we have recruited more than 50 new employees, including strengthening our IT-team to ten developers with experience in scaling IT-platforms. Freetrailer's platform is the foundation for further development and growth.

I am excited that JYSK is now establishing a partnership with Freetrailer in Germany, and I see great future potential with JYSK. Freetrailer has a strong concept where we, with our trailers, deliver visibility to JYSK and attract customers to their stores. JYSK and Freetrailer share the same values, and with Freetrailer's concept, JYSK's customers now have an easy and sustainable transport solution. With more than 900 home improvement stores in Germany, JYSK is an important strategic partner for Freetrailer in the German market

I am very happy to welcome Christian who has a great cultural match with a digital mindset, understanding of sharing economy, the importance of sustainability and similar business values. Our IT platform supports us in making our business scalable which enables us to expand to Netherlands and to continue our growth journey. We still see great opportunities to continue the expansion with our full-service concept of easy bookings via our app, free trailer rentals whilst benefiting a sharing economy and being sustainable.

The value of our full-service concept is rapidly spreading to the B2B segment. Many companies with professional customers have spotted a great potential in adding an extra layer to their marketing and increasing awareness of their business through the many trailers on the road with their branding.

Following a strong first quarter of the 23/24 financial year, the second quarter was also characterised by a positive development. Our revenue has increased significantly, and the number of rentals has increased significantly, which shows solid progress. At the same time, we have improved our EBITDA, confirming our ability to grow profitably and sustainably. While several sharing economy services in the transport sector are still struggling to make a profit, Freetrailer proves once again that our concept is future-proof and scalable, while at the same time profitable.

A huge team effort at Freetrailer, with a constant focus on improving our solutions for our partners and customers, is a major reason why we are now able to increase our expectations for 2023/24. We have developed a market-leading app that is downloaded by more than 25,000 users every month. With over 500,000 active customers on our platform and 133 partners, we are well into 2024

The interest in Freetrailer is rapidly increasing in Norway, where more and more users are utilizing our trailers for various transportation needs. What makes our service unique is that you don't need to be a customer in the store to use the trailers. The only requirement is the Freetrailer app, which allows everyone to use the trailers as needed.

The launch of MobilePay, enhanced user experience, and continuous growth in the number of rental products have been key drivers of Freetrailer's growth in the first half of the fiscal year 2023/24, where we achieved a total of 590.836 rentals. We have developed an ambitious plan for the further development of our booking platform in 2024, which will optimize our service for both partners and customers. With this foundation, we are looking towards 2024 with great optimism.

I have followed Freetrailer's development closely in recent years, but after my recent appointment as Chairman of the Board, I have also gained insight into an exciting company with a strong management team. Over the past year, Freetrailer has significantly increased growth with healthy finances through several innovative initiatives and important partnerships in Denmark, Germany, Sweden and Norway. I believe that Freetrailer Group is facing a very exciting future, and therefore I have chosen to buy shares in the company.

We are pleased to see the results of the many new initiatives and partnerships that have been launched since the beginning of the year, and we are especially excited that we are able to increase the level of activity in all the geographical markets we operate in. The progress is undoubtedly the result of a very strong team effort in the company.

The milestone we can report today is completely in line with our strategic objectives. The success reflects the growing demand for Freetrailer's rental products in Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Germany, and the result is clear proof of our ongoing commitment to meeting our customers' needs and providing quality rental services.

Our latest performance is extremely encouraging and reflects the growing interest in our rental products in Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Germany. A key factor in our success is the implementation of a significant fleet expansion with numerous new trailers and cargo bikes now available to our customers. At the same time, we have sharpened our focus on improving the user experience, making it even more simple and intuitive for our customers to rent our products.

The result for the financial year 22/23 shows a strong increase in revenue, number of rentals and number of rental products. After two disappointing quarters in Q2 and Q3, Freetrailer is back on the growth track. Freetrailer delivered revenue of DKK 20.6 million in Q4, corresponding to a growth of 22% compared to the same quarter last year, and we are now starting to reap the benefits of the initiatives we launched in the spring of 2023. Historically high user satisfaction, as a result of investments in our customer service and servicing of our trailers as well as improvements to our IT platform, has led to increased customer demand and thus contributed to the great increases in the utilization rate of our trailers.

We have made a strong recovery after a weak start to the year, and especially Q4 has shown a great development. I am particularly impressed by our growth in Norway and Sweden, where the level of rental activity and the growth in the number of rental units has exceeded all expectations. This is really promising for the coming years.

We have a clear ambition to continuously strengthen our service offering to our customers. We are now digitizing our trailer rental with the Freetrailer concept, which provides a better customer experience. The solution is easy for our customers to use, and Freetrailer, with their experience and great customer focus for more than 17 years, have proven that they are the right partner.

Through the partnership with jem & fix, we will now have a much greater local presence in Denmark. It is our ambition at Freetrailer to continuously expand our network of trailers so that our users can borrow a trailer in their local area. Our experience is that the many trailers at jem & fix will be used extensively by both jem & fix customers and residents in the local area. More and more people are seeing the idea of borrowing a trailer rather than owning one that just sits in the carport. We see jem & fix as a very strong partner who, like Freetrailer, has great ambitions for growth in Scandinavia.

Nicolai has what it takes to ensure continued growth in Freetrailer. During his first 100 days as CEO, he has secured major strategic partnerships, and at the same time he has worked hard and purposefully to develop the organization. Overall, he is incredibly process-oriented, and we are confident that he will continue to lead the company in a way that will lead to further success and growth.

I am pleased with the trust that the Board of Directors shows me today. I am really passionate about taking Freetrailer's sharing economy concept to the next level and further out into Europe. With the growth potential we see in key markets, I am confident that in the coming years we will create fantastic results for the benefit of both customers, partners and shareholders.

With Freetrailer, it is now even easier for our customers to transport their finds home from the stores, while the donors now have a practical and convenient transport option to our stores. The needs around the world are growing and we therefore have a need for more goods for our stores. We believe that the partnership with Freetrailer can help us with this. The collaboration also gives us a unique opportunity to strengthen our branding and marketing efforts with the rolling advertising that the trailers provide.

Our concept is growing in popularity among businesses and consumers in Sweden. The agreement with PMU Second Hand is further proof of that. More and more consumers have realised the benefits of renting rather than owning, and many Swedish companies are using our self-service concept to both attract customers and strengthen their local awareness in the area. For practical reasons, we are starting the partnership in locations where the stores are centrally administered by PMU Second Hand. Subsequently, there are good opportunities to expand the partnership with the remaining PMU Second Hand stores in Sweden.

At Space Plus Store, we see the agreement as a clear game changer for the company's development. I have been looking for this type of service for our customers for a long time and the timing is perfect. Freetrailer's concept is brilliant and I am confident that we can now raise our service level considerably. This is crucial for a company like ours, and with this agreement, we now make it even easier for customers to transport items to and from our self storage warehouses. In our search for business partners, we target what we call A-list brands, and here Freetrailer is an ideal match. We already have good experience with this type of service, and I have no doubt that a structured and professional execution of the agreement will mean more and happier customers for our warehouses.

We see the expansion of the collaboration with Obs BYGG as clear proof that our sharing economy solutions create value for the DIY chain, and our self-service and full-service concept has made everyday life easier for both the department stores and their customers. We are experiencing a significant increase in interest in our rental trailers in Norway, and many customers especially appreciate the fact that they do not have to buy anything in the department store in order to borrow a trailer. This flexibility appeals to many, and it is therefore gratifying that with the upgraded agreement we can now help even more Norwegians transport everything from garden waste to household goods and new purchases.
