JOSAB’s subsidiary in India has received an order for one water purification unit from Kerala Water Supply And Sanitation Agency, KRWSA, India. The order is part of the World Bank financing of water treatment projects in the state of Kerala. Expired warrant program for employees

The warrant program for employees expired 2016-06-30 without any conversion into new shares.At the annual meeting 2015-06-12 it was decided to issue a warrant program for employees amounting to 1,000,000 shares. The maturity of the program was until 2016-06-30. 600,000 warrants were subscribed for, but none were converted to shares during the maturity of the program. Conversion of warrants

Andrej Setina, previously President/CEO of Josab International AB, has converted his remaining warrants to shares.Former President/CEO, Andrej Setina, has since 2013-06-11 a warrant program which expires 2016-06-11. Andrej S has converted the remaining 2,371,000 warrants to shares. SEK 1,470,020.- has thereby been transfered to JOSAB, whereof SEK 237,100.- as share capital. Total number of shares is thereafter 56,844,427. Andrej Setina remains after this transaction, including related parties, as the second largest owner of JOSAB with 8,200,000 shares (approximately 14%) and 0 warrants.

Interchina Water Treatment Hong Kong Ltd have sold all their warrants in Josab International AB, totally 5.684.444, to two from each other independent investors.
