Wihlborgs lets 4,800 m² at Ideon in Lund

Wihlborgs has signed leases with two companies for a total of 3,800 square metres at Cube (Nya Vattentornet 4) on Mobilvägen in Lund. A public sector tenant will move in to 1,000 square metres in the neighbouring property Bricks (Nya Vattentornet 3).One of the leases at Cube comprises 3,000 square metres with occupancy in November 2024. For the third consecutive quarter, Readly International AB (publ) reports a positive EBITDA. The number of fully paying subscribers increased by 1.1 per cent to 458,670 (453,631) compared to the same period last year. “During Q1 2024, demand continued to normalize at good levels across many of the Volvo Group’s markets. Adjusted for currency, net sales were on the same level as in Q1 2023 and amounted to SEK 131.2 billion. Invoiced price continued to increase, mainly on the back of carry-over from the price increases we gradually implemented last year. Adjusted operating income amounted to SEK 18.2 billion (18.6), which corresponds to a margin of 13.8% (14.0). Return on capital employed improved to 37.7% (30.3).
