Elisa issued a EUR 300 million Eurobond

ELISA STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 8 SEPTEMBER 2020 AT 5:30 PMElisa has today issued and priced new Eurobond maturing in 2027. The bond is issued under Elisa’s EUR 1.5 billion EMTN (Euro Medium Term Note) programme.  The amount of the new bond is EUR 300 million and its reoffer interest rate is equivalent to 7 year Euro midswap rate -0.358% +68 basis points. The Interest coupon is 0.25% and issue price is 99.502. The bonds will be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. CEK AS and Carucel Holding AS, companies controlled by Carl Erik Krefting who is a board member of Norwegian Property ASA ("NPRO"), has on the 8th of September 2020 sold 762 801 shares in NPRO at a price equal to NOK 11.30 per share.
