Today, May 27, 2024, Humana Assistans has submitted a request for damage claim to the Chancellor of Justice to have the right to compensation examined for parts of the financial damage suffered by Humana Assistans due to IVO's erroneous decision on January 31, 2023, to revoke Humana Assistans' permit.On 31 January 2023, IVO decided to revoke the permit for Humana Assistans. On June 21 of the same year, the Administrative Court announced that it upheld Humana's appeal and the verdict made it clear that the permit had been revoked on incorrect grounds.
