Fabege and Saab AB have signed a lease for approximately 66,000 sqm in the Nöten 4 property in Solna Strand. The agreement covers the entire property and is for over 10 years. The rental value amounts to SEK 155m excluding supplements. Occupancy is scheduled to commence in autumn 2025.
