Gränges halts plans for a joint venture in North America

In September 2017, Gränges AB announced plans to form a joint venture with Mitsubishi Aluminum Co., Ltd in North America for manufacturing of advanced aluminium materials for brazed automotive heat exchangers. Gränges has decided to halt the plans for a joint venture in North America, as the project isn’t sufficiently attractive for Gränges from a risk-reward perspective given the current circumstances. Acquisition of new property in Karmøy, Norway

(Oslo, August 16th 2018) Self Storage Group ASA (Self Storage Group, OSE:SSG) has entered into an agreement to acquire a property in Vestheimvegen 26 in Karmøy, Norway. The transaction has a property value of NOK 6,95 million, with an estimated lettable area of 1000 square meters. Vestheimvegen 26 will be SSG´s 5th freehold facility in Rogaland, and the facility will be operated under the OK Minilager brand."With this acquisition we strenghten our position in the Haugesund/Karmøy region.
