Kungsleden applies for de-listing
Following that Castellum AB (publ) controls more than 90 percent of the shares in Kungsleden AB (publ) and has initiated compulsory redemption of the remaining shares in the company, the Board of Kungsleden has resolved to apply for de-listing of the company’s shares from Nasdaq Stockholm.On 10 November 2021, Castellum announced that the company holds more than 90 percent of the total number of outstanding shares and votes in Kungsleden and declared the public offer for Kungsleden unconditional and completed the offer. As per 19 November 2021, Castellum controls approximately 96.5 percent

Madhu is 10 years old and lives with his mother and older brother in Kolagutla in Andra Pradesh, India. His father passed away when Madhu was only 4 years old, and his mother was left as sole provider for the family.
