The Swedish Health and Social Care Inspectorate ("IVO”) has today, 14 February 2023, appealed to the Administrative Court of Appeal in Stockholm against the decision made by the Administrative Court to grant suspension to of IVO's decision to revoke Humana Assistans AB's ("Humana Assistans") permit to conduct business with, among other things, personal assistance. For IVO's appeal to be heard, the Administrative Court of Appeal must first grant permission to appeal.
