Peab renovates school in Sollefteå

Peab has been commissioned to renovate Gudlav Bilder School in Sollefteå. The customer is Sollefteå Municipality and the contract is worth SEK 177 million.The project entails the renovation of an upper secondary school with connected gym as well as updating the installation technology system. The renovation comprises 15,200 m2. The project is a turnkey contract. Construction will begin in December 2018 and is expected to continue until the summer of 2021.
