Experienced cleantech investors acquire significant position in Climeon – CEO sells shares
Cleantech investors Fredrik and Ann-Helene Ljungström have acquired 625,000 shares, corresponding to 1.3 percent of the capital, in Climeon. The shares have been sold by Climeon’s CEO and founder Thomas Öström. Fredrik and Ann-Helene Ljungström have extensive experience of cleantech investments and were early investors in Powercell, NEL and Nikola Corp., among others. Thomas Öström remains the largest shareholder of Climeon, holding 8,900,000 class A shares and 130,900 class B shares, corresponding to 18.3 percent of the capital and 51.7 percent of the votes.
