Annual General Meeting held
The Annual General Meeting of Orkla ASA was held today, 13 April 2023, as a digital meeting.All proposals on the agenda were adopted, cf. the notice of the Annual General Meeting published as a stock exchange notice on 23 March 2023.The General Meeting approved the Board's proposal to distribute a dividend for 2022 of NOK 3.00 per share. The dividend will be paid on 27 April 2023 to shareholders of record as of the date of the Annual General Meeting. A translation of the minutes from the Annual General Meeting will be distributed when finalised and also be made available on www.orkla.
