FSN Capital Limited Partnership I (FSN) has conducted a sale of 4,400,000 shares in Kongsberg Automotive (KOA) at NOK 55 per share. The sale follows a temporary and restricted release of FSN from the lock-up agreement that FSN entered into with Carnegie as lead manager for the IPO on 23 June 2005. In connection with the sale, KOA has confirmed that FSN does not have any insider information in the company.
