Lion Air and Volvo Aero sign important overhaul contract

The Indonesian airline Lion Air and Volvo Aero have signed an agreement in which Volvo Aero assumes responsibility for the engines to Lion Air’s fleet of MD80 aircraft. This represents an order value for Volvo Aero of USD 17 M, about SEK 120 M, annually. The contract may increase, since Lion Air has announced its intention to expand its MD80 fleet during the contract period.In accordance with the agreement, Volvo Aero assumes main responsibility for overhaul of the engines for Lion Air’s MD80 fleet. Hexagon has reached an agreement with Segulah Nordic II AB, a fund controlled by the private equity company Segulah III L.P., to sell its business area Automation for MSEK 1,153 on a debt and cash free basis. Vestas Wind Systems, receives order for 49 units of the V80-2.0 MW wind turbine to South Korea

The Vestas Group has received an order for delivery of 49 units of the V80-2.0 MW turbine for the Gangwon Wind Park project located in South Korea. The order has been placed by Gangwon Wind Power Co., Ltd and comprises delivery, supervision of installation and commissioning, remote control system and a five-year service and maintenance agreement. Oslo, Norway, 10 June 2005. PhotoCure ASA has completed the first clinical study of photodynamic therapy (PDT) with Metvix® in the treatment of acne.
