Resolutions at NCC's Annual General Meeting on April 7, 2004 NCC's Annual General Meeting resolved to pay a cash dividend of SEK 2.75 per share, to transfer SEK 3.3 billion from restricted to unrestricted shareholders' equity and to authorize the Board of Directors to repurchase NCC shares. Alfa Laval made public in December 2003 that the company had decided to initiate new negotiations with the former owner of bioKinetics Inc.
