The Nomination Committee proposes unchanged Board fees

As a consequence of the ongoing situation regarding covid-19, Skanska’s Nomination Committee has decided to withdraw its proposal to the Annual General Meeting on 26 March 2020 to approve an increase of the Board fees (item 13 on the agenda). Lifco refinances bonds

Lifco  has in the current market situation decided to refinance two unsecured bonds through a bridge facility with Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) at a total amount of SEK 1,750 million. The bonds are due 3 April 2020.   In March 2018 Lifco issued two unsecured bonds with a tenor of two years. The first bond amounted to SEK 1,050 million and the second one to SEK 700 million. FBTB 2020 becomes FBTB 2021

It is a hard decision to make. But under these extreme circumstances we will push the FBTB conference to May 7th, 2021.   The facts are, as you know, that we can’t have a physical event on the 8th of May. The peak of the number of infected people is expected to be in the month of May in Sweden and in June for the US (where 9 of our speakers live).    So, we sent out a survey to those with tickets, we listened to our partners, we listened to the authorities, we researched, we had long discussions. And, in conclusion the best alternative was to push the conference to 2021.
