Toadman Interactive signs agreement to acquire 100% of the rights for Project Osiris from Leyou
PRESS REALEASE Stockholm, 31 December 2019 Toadman Interactive AB (publ) (“Toadman”) has today signed an agreement with Leyou Technologies Holdings Limited (“Leyou”), pursuant to which Toadman is entitled to all rights for the game Project Osiris from Leyou when the cash consideration of US$2.6 million is fully paid, consisting of an initial payment of US$1.3 million and an additional second payment of US$1.3 million to be paid within 2 years.
