SLP acquires a newly built logistics property with building rights
SLP has today signed an agreement to acquire the property Rönnedal 1, a newly built and fully leased logistics property in Ulricehamn. The agreed property value amounts to SEK 204 million. The property's total area amounts to 72,000 square meters, of which 70 percent can be built on according to the zooning plan. The lettable area, which was completed in 2023, amounts to roughly 24,000 square meters and is leased by Logistikpartner i Ulricehamn AB with a fully indexed lease. Annual rental value amounts to approximately SEK 17 million and the remaining tenancy period is approximately 6 years.
