Peab builds double track railway outside of Hallsberg

Peab has been commissioned to build 13 kilometers double track railway and grade separated intersections between Jakobshyttan and Degerön. The customer is the Swedish Transport Administration and the contract is worth SEK 477 million.The stretch is part of the Godsstråket genom Bergslagen line and it is vital to freight carriage in Sweden and out in Europe.
