Fazer Bakery Finland is withdrawing the gluten-free products listed below from the market. According to the information received from the raw material supplier, Xanthan (E415) used in the products has been found to contain ethylene oxide more than the maximum limit set by the EU. Xanthan is a thickener which is used to substitute gluten in gluten-free baking.
