Catena announces an increase in number of shares and votes

29 December 2017, 1.00 p.m. CET   In accordance with a previous announcement, in December 2017, the number of shares and votes in Catena AB (publ) increased due to a directed new issue of shares which, on the authorization of the Annual General Meeting, was approved by the Board of Directors on 15 December 2017. The increased share capital was registered by the Swedish Companies Registration Office on 19 December 2017. The total number of shares in Catena has increased by 1,678,017 shares and votes. On 29 December 2017, Catena’s registered share capital amounted to SEK 164,619,501.20

PEN Concept Group chairman of the board Robert Wu increases his shareholding

Robert Wu, chairman of the board and majority owner in PEN Concept Group AB, has increased his shareholding by acquiring remaining shares from Mr David Pantzar, founder of the group subsidiary PEN Interiör AB.
