Norway Royal Salmon (NRS): Suspicion of infectious salmon anemia (ISA) in the operating area Dønnesfjord

The NRS's farming operations has suspicion of the fish disease ISA in the operating area Dønnesfjord, consisting of the sites Næringsbukta, Klubben og Børfjord. NRS has 2.3 million fish with an average weight of 3.3 kilograms in this operating area. NRS is awaiting confirmation of the analyzes from the analysis company for a final ascertainment of ISA. The consequences of a possible disease detection are therefore difficult to estimate now. NRS continues to work to identify the extent of the infection and will come back to the consequences. Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) (”SBB”) invests in a social infrastructure property in the city of Borlänge from Magnolia Bostad with an elderly care home, LSS housing, home care offices and a pre-school. The property has four 20-year leases with Borlänge municipality with a total rental income of about SEK 16m. Magnolia Bostad has sold a community service property to Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (SBB). In total, the project comprises around 10,000 m[2] of GFA. During the second quarter, the effects of Covid-19 on our earnings became visible through rent rebates and decreased property values. However, our projects progressed as planned, without any larger disruptions. Net letting during the first half of 2020 amounted to SEK 20m. The renegotiations decreased in volume due to the pandemic but contributed positively to the rental value. During the quarter, two properties were acquired.· Rental income decreased to SEK 1,409m (1,449). The decrease was mainly due to property sales and SEK 18m in granted discounts as a result of the covid-19 pandemic.

The car carrier Höegh Xiamen declared a constructive total loss after fire

Höegh Xiamen is a car carrier owned by Ocean Yield ASA (“Ocean Yield”) and employed on a bareboat contract to Höegh Autoliners. The vessel has been declared a constructive total loss following a fire that broke out onboard the vessel in early June in Jacksonville, USA. Ocean Yield expects to receive insurance proceeds in Q3 2020 of about USD 26 million, which is close to the book value of the vessel. The net cash proceeds after repayment of debt related to the vessel will be about USD 8 million.
