Fazer welcomes green chef Arthur Potts Dawson to Fazer Foodathon
Fazer will organise an international Fazer Foodathon event looking for future plant-based food solutions. The event will take place on 19 - 21 May in Helsinki and in Fazer´s visitor centre, the Fazer Experience, in Vantaa. Fazer is proud to welcome to Finland the British green chef Arthur Potts Dawson as keynote speaker and mentor.Fazer’s food hackathon, the Fazer Foodathon, is part of the Group’s overall strategic target to increase the use of grains and vegetables and offer consumers new delicious plant-based alternatives. A seminar, hosted with the EAT Foundation, will kick off a weekend-
