Scania appoints new Chief Financial Officer
Scania appoints new Chief Financial Officer Jan Gurander has been appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Scania. He will succeed to the post during the second quarter of 2001, at which time he will also join the company's Executive Board. Jan Gurander, 39, who is currently head of the Finance business unit of the Volvo Group, held a similar position at Scania until 31 December 1999. He will succeed Arne Karlsson, Executive Vice President, Finance and Business Control, who is to retire on pension next year.
