AarhusKarlshamn share to be listed at the O-list of the Stockholm Stock Exchange from 11 September 2006

The Stockholm Stock Exchange's Companies Committee has approved AarhusKarlshamn (AAK) to be listed on the O-list of the Stockholm Stock-Exchange. The listing on the O-list entails a transfer of AarhusKarlshamn from the marketplace First North in accordance with what has been communicated earlier. Varyag Resources has decided to exercise the Call Option agreement with Vostok Nafta regarding three Russian forestry enterprises. Pursuant to the exercise notice, Varyag will acquire 40 percent of three forestry enterprises, PIK-89, Tubales and Tubalesprom, located in Ust Ilimsk for a total consideration of 10.9 million USD. New partner takes Ortivus’ CoroNet system to Belgium

Ortivus has signed a distribution agreement with Hospithera, Belgium’s largest independent distributor in medical technology, for Belgium and Luxemburg.Hospithera, headquartered in Brussels, was founded in 1962 and has a sound knowledge of the Belgian medtech market. NCC to refurbish university hospital in Linköping for SEK 200 million
