Ericsson announces additional CDMA2000 expansions with China Unicom

Ericsson today announced additional CDMA2000 1X infrastructure expansion contracts with China Unicom for approximately USD 90 million. The contracts cover Jiangsu, Yunnan, Heilongjiang and Liaoning provinces. Outokumpu Technology to deliver a pelletizing plant for LKAB, Sweden

Outokumpu Technology has signed a contract with LKAB, a leading Swedish iron ore mining company and pellet producer, to design and deliver a new pelletizing plant for LKAB's Malmberget project in Northern Sweden. The contract value exceeds EUR 60 million.Outokumpu's scope of the delivery consists of engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning of the new plant, which will be based on Lurgi Travelling Grate technology. The plant is designed to produce 2.5 million tonnes per year iron pellets at the start-up phase, but its capacity can be increased with only minor modifications.

Cancellation of Secondary Listing

Volvo has today requested the cancellation of the secondary listing of its class A and B shares from the Official List of the UK Listing Authority.The cancellation is to take effect from December 17, 2004. AB Volvo announces share repurchase

Further to the decision taken by AB Volvo's Board of Directors on June 17, 2004, regarding repurchase of own shares, AB Volvo has, on Tuesday, November 16, acquired 400,000 series B shares. The shares were traded between SEK 278.50 and 280.50 with an average price of SEK 279.54.On June 17, 2004, the Board of AB Volvo decided to acquire through purchase on Stockholmsbörsen (Stockholm Exchange) a maximum of 22,076,045 Series A and/or Series B shares, however, not to exceed a total purchase amount of SEK 4,300,000,000. Cardo exercises warrant and makes capital gain of about SEK 40 million

Cardo has exercised the warrant that was received as part of the selling price on disposal of the Rail business area in September 2002.
