Henrik was elected by FoodDrinkEurope's Board of Directors, which convened on November 8th. He takes over from Marco Settembri, former Nestlé CEO Zone Europe, who held the position of President at FoodDrinkEurope since 2020.

Through the acquisition, Paulig will bring even more flavorful experiences to its customers and consumers. Paulig, a market leader in Tex Mex, continues to grow by commencing salsa and sauce production at its Saue factory in Estonia following an investment of 10 million EUR. This new investment has enhanced the factory's capabilities and ensures a streamlined production process for high-quality tomato-based salsas and sauces for the Santa Maria brand.
The Saue factory, which has been producing spices, spice mixes, and marinades for the Santa Maria brand, serves over 30 different markets.
