    During the quarter, Wallenstam started two new construction projects: 119 apartments on Åbybergsgatan in Mölndal, and 50 apartments as well as a new cultural center in Älta in Nacka.     ‘Click rocket’ in Nacka welcomes the first tenants

    The first keys have now been handed over to the tenants in Wallenstam’s 1920s classicist block Nacka Grace. A new construction that was the Stockholm Housing Agency’s most clicked on project this summer in the new construction category.     During the quarter, Wallenstam started the construction of 408 apartments in Årstaberg, Stockholm.     Wallenstam has issued a green bond under its green framework and MTN program. The issue consists of SEK 300 million with a maturity of 2.5 years and with a variable interest rate of 3M Stibor + 120 basis points.     Wallenstam reduced its carbon emissions in 2023

    Wallenstam’s carbon emissions decreased last year in all the targeted areas. The climate targets are divided into three parts, known as scopes, and mean that the company through 2030 shall reduce its carbon emissions by 50 percent in scope 1 and 2, and by 55 percent in scope 3.
