· The year has been characterised by the acquisition of the Norvik operations in the Baltic States and the UK that was completed in May 2018. Bergs Timber consolidates the sawmill production and increase efforts in further processing

Bergs Timber made a review of all production facilities during the autumn and as a result, the Board has today decided on the following changes. In the Swedish operations, the sawmilling will be ceased at the plant in Broakulla. Broakulla has an annual production of about 50,000 m3 of sawn goods and the Group's facilities in Gransjö and Mörlunda will, after the closure, increase production with the corresponding volume. The sawmilling in Broakulla will provisionally cease before the summer and the plant will then be developed into further processing and logistics. For this purpose 3 MSEK

Gasum’s liquefied natural gas (LNG) bunker vessel, Coralius, made its 100th bunkering on February21. Coralius is operating on behalf of Gasum (former Skangas) and the vessel mainly operates in the North Sea and the Skagerrak area.The LNG bunker vessel Coralius celebrated a milestone at the end of February, as she completed her 100th bunkering operation in just 18 months. The companies Industrial Solar GmbH from Freiburg / Germany and Gasco Pty Ltd from Melbourne / Australia have signed a cooperation agreement to jointly develop the market for solar process heat systems for industrial applications.
