Fazer plans changes in support functions in Finland to improve strategy execution
In the next few years, Fazer will create value and strengthen its position as a leading fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) brand in Finland while establishing a stronger position in Northern Europe and beyond. To improve strategy execution, Fazer needs to simplify the organisation and clarify roles in certain support functions within the Group. Therefore, Fazer will start collaboration negotiations in these functions.Fazer is on the move as a more focused and integrated company after the sale of Fazer Food Services, completed in January 2020. The strategic and financial targets of the Group
