On 10 November 2021, ICA-handlarnas Förbund and AMF Pensionsförsäkring AB, through Murgröna Holding AB (“Murgröna”), launched a public offer to the shareholders of ICA Gruppen AB (publ) (“ICA Gruppen”) (the “Offer”).
