The Settlement Agreement with Financial Leasing Center LLC Approved

Following the hearing on 4 June 2020, by the recent ruling the Northern Court of Appeal approved the Settlement Agreement that JSC Ukrgasvydobuvannya, Misen Enteprises AB and LLC Karpatygaz signed with Financial Leasing Center LLC. As previously reported, under the Agreement, Financial Leasing Center LLC shall receive UAH 237,507,020.04 (SEK 85,539,578) which is less than 15% of the total amount claimed by Financial Leasing Center LLC. The court proceedings in civil cases no 910/24412/16 and no 910/21720/15 will be terminated.
