TeliaSonera increases young people's influence on service development TeliaSonera has decided to form an international Youth Council comprising customers in the age group 16-25 from the countries where TeliaSonera has operations - initially Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark and Lithuania. The object of the Youth Council is to ensure that the views and ideas of young people are incorporated into the development of present and future services and customer care. TeliaSonera see young people as an important target group because they are already the most significant users of modern communication
