Limited liability companies and co-operatives that have not filed financial statements risk being struck off the Trade Register

The Finnish Patent and Registration Office (PRH), which maintains the Finnish Trade Register, will deregister limited liability companies and co-operatives that have not filed their financial statements for registration. Kungsleden has signed an agreement to sell the property Stockholm Mandelblomman 3 to Coeli Fastighet I AB for SEK 36 million.
