DIRECTORS TAKE A WALK ON THE WILD SIDE FOR CHARITY
News Release 9th November 2011The directors of a Lincolnshire property development company, who have scaled the heights of Africa, are appealing for more donations to help them reach their peak. Leigh Hall and Dean Wann from Manorcrest Homes in Skegness recently conquered Mount Kilimanjaro, raising over £12,500 for charities Macmillan Cancer Support and When You Wish Upon a Star. It took just 12 days (14th to 25th October) for the intrepid business partners to reach Uhuru Peak, 5,895 metres above sea level at the summit of Africa’s tallest mountain, and to make the descent.
