Addtech sells Solar Supply Sweden AB
Addtech Power Solutions, a business area within the Addtech Group, has today signed an agreement to sell all shares outstanding in Solar Supply Sweden AB to E.ON Energilösningar AB. Solar Supply Sweden AB is engaged in marketing and selling components to solar installations and turn key solar installations primarily to the Swedish market. Solar Supply has since many years a close collaboration with E.on regarding E.on´s ambitions on the Swedish solar market. Solar Supply, with 5 employees and a turnover of approximately 80 MSEK, has belonged to the business unit Power Supply Systems.
