Massachusetts Attorney General Charges Two With Improper Asbestos Removal
A property owner and the heating contractor he hired to work on a rental property are being charged with allegedly removing dangerous asbestos products illegally and violating the Massachusetts Clean Air Act in the process. According to a press release from state Attorney General Martha Coakley, 58-year-old David Einis hired 41-year-old Nicholas Pasquantonio to replace a boiler at a Medway, MA property he owned.
