Corem divests a property in Linköping for SEK 114 million

Corem has signed an agreement for the divestment of the property Paletten 1 in Linköping at an underlying property value of SEK 114 million, which is in line with the book value.The property, which is located in the Stångebro area, has a rentable area of 6,048 sq.m. and comprises office premises.
