HEATHROW AIRPORT OPENS ITS DOORS TO B&ES MEMBERS
23 October 2015 – Heathrow opened its doors to a group of 35 representatives of the Building & Engineering Services Association (B&ES), who received an in-depth briefing on the technical challenges that regularly confront Europe’s business airport. Included in the programme were presentations by Heathrow’s Mark Tomkins on minimising the airport’s impact on the surrounding environment through initiatives such as the T2 biomass energy centre, and by Simon Hughes of Mann+Hummel Vokes Air on the new air filtration arrangements and the installation of a single Revo pocket filter system.
