SBB acquires community service properties and rent regulated residentials in Stockholm, Västerås and Helsingborg for an agreed property value of a total of SEK 1.25bn
Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) (“SBB”) acquires through three separate deals 27 properties in Stockholm, Västerås and Helsingborg with a total lettable area of 40,600 sq.m. The total rental income amounts to SEK 76m with a net operating income of SEK 58m, 85 per cent of the revenue is generated from community service properties and 15 per cent from residentials.
