Peab builds fire and rescue station in Helsinki
Peab has been commissioned to build a new fire and rescue station in the borough of Mellunkylä in Helsinki. The customer is Helsinki City and the contract is worth EUR 10 million.The project comprises construction of a three story fire and rescue station. The station will house fire and ambulance personnel along with fire engines and rescue vehicles. The ground floor of the building will have space for equipment, washrooms, first responders on duty and information to the public.
