Assemblin continues to deliver stable profitability at a favourable level. In the third quarter, the EBITA margin amounted to 6.7 percent (6.7), contributing to our now having an adjusted EBITA margin of 7.1 percent (7.0) on a rolling 12-month basis.

Lindsells is a stable and reputable service company offering energy optimisation expertise for a customer segment with great opportunities but in which we are not currently very strong.

Together with Görtz Fastigheter AB and the other actors involved, we are very pleased to have been entrusted with contributing to an efficient construction process and a positive end result.

M3 Installation has a well-established and well-managed organisation with skilled employees and an impressively high proportion of satisfied, loyal customers. We are very pleased with this acquisition, which gives us a good foothold in the Stockholm area.

The order intake for the quarter comprised a large number of small and medium-sized project assignments, totalling SEK 3,976 (3,413) million.

Assemblin has profiled itself as a significant player with experience in a large number of projects within care and social welfare buildings. We are proud to have again been entrusted with a role in such an extensive assignment.
